-Get a contract from the Agent
-Read over the contract and ensure the details are correct
-If you need to get a Solicitor to look over the contract
-When ready to sign initial relevant pages and sign as the purchaser
-Get house insurance and pay the deposit
-Put the important dates into the calendar, B&P, finance, settlement
-Get a copy of the dated contract from the agent and send to the broker
-Arrange a Building and Pest Inspection (B&P) as soon as you sign
-Keep in touch with the broker for finance to meet the date
-Arrange services to your new home-Pre-settlement inspection
-Move in and congratulations
