r-Talk to the agent about price and critical timings for the sale

-If you like it FILL IN THE OFFER FORM at the inspection

-Ask the agent when they will be calling you back to let you know if your offer was accepted 

-Get a contract from the Agent

-Read over the contract and ensure the details are correct

-If you need to get a Solicitor to look over the contract

-When ready to sign initial relevant pages and sign as the purchaser

-Get house insurance and pay the deposit

-Put the important dates into the calendar, B&P, finance, settlement

-Get a copy of the dated contract from the agent and send to the broker

-Arrange a Building and Pest Inspection (B&P) as soon as you sign

-Keep in touch with the broker for finance to meet the date

-Arrange services to your new home-Pre-settlement inspection
